This cute girl is Bakli! 🐶

🐾 Weight: 14 kg | 📏 Height: 46cm | 🎂 Age: 2 years old

This young lady still needs some time to get used to new things. New people, environments, and sounds can scare her at first, but she gets along very well with most other dogs. For that reason, Bakli would do best in a home where she isn’t the only pet—having a four-legged friend would help her open up more quickly. 🐕💞

When she feels safe, she becomes a real bundle of joy—running around, sniffing, and playing with her friends🥰. She walks nicely on a leash🐾🚶‍♂️. She hasn’t yet fully learned to do her business outside, so her future family will need to work on that a bit.🌿

She gets along well with cats—shows no aggression, and even when they swat at her, she doesn’t react angrily. It’s likely she would quickly become friends with them at home.🐈‍⬛💛

Stairs are still a bit of a challenge for her, so ideally her new home would have an elevator or very patient people.

Bakli came to the shelter in May 2025 from Bakšiai village in the Alytus district. She had wandered into a homestead, but her owners were never found.
