Duke & Colin – URGENT

Both are male and neutered
Duke is on the shy side while Colin is very affectionate with humans
Fostered in Amsterdam, NL
Colin is in early kidney failure and has anemia. He is being treated for it and has a special diet. He also has tooth problems, so a vet is extracting them.

We are urgently looking for an angel to foster or adopt brothers Duke and Colin! Adoption fee is waived due to Colin’s circumstances:

Duke and Colin are currently fostered in the Netherlands. Unfortunately their foster can no longer care for them, so this situation is urgent. (The foster has done a great job, though, and we appreciate their hard work).

Additionally, vets recently discovered Colin has early kidney failure, anemia, and teeth issues. He is on a special kidney diet and is getting his teeth treated. The vets think it is too early to euthanize, so we are looking for an adopter or foster who can take both brothers, care for Colin in his remaining time, and provide him with his special medical considerations (food, medicine, vet costs).

We want to keep the brothers together so Colin can live the rest of his days with his bestie.

Due to this hefty ask, we are waiving any adoption fees.

Duke (white with a dark “hat”) is affectionate and friendly. He loves laying down on the bed and getting head rubs! He will make biscuits and start purring! His hobbies include laying in the sun and occupying your entire bed.

Hi brother Colin (fluffy one) is even more affectionate and loves being petted by human and getting his belly rubs. Colin also would demand a space on your bed as nearby the human is where he feel happy and content.

They are both gentle and non-aggressive, they could possibly live with cat-friendly dogs too.
