Meet Duke, a cute white cat with a “hat” and a black tail, and one half of the Colin/Duke duo!

Duke is shy, but has become significantly more affectionate as he learned how to trust people! In the past he watched people from corner or a hiding spot, but now he comes out to join the activity. He loves hanging out with his brother Colin, who is a total lap cat.

Duke and Colin are fostered in Amsterdam, but need a new home asap. It has been difficult to find a space for them together, so we have waived the adoption fee. But why?

Unfortunately Colin has had a really tough time recently. Vets discovered that he has early kidney failure and had some teeth issues (so they were extracted), which means he spent a lot of time in the hospital! Colin is doing a lot better now and is stable and energetic. He has to eat a special kidney diet and get checkups, but he is very happy.

Since Colin has a limited time left 😢 we would prefer the brothers stay together. However, Duke and Colin can be adopted separately if necessary.

Colin and Duke are gentle and non-aggressive, and could possibly live with cat-friendly dogs too.
