Gija – gorgeous silver toned kitty with mesmerizing emerald-green eyes 💚🩶 Quietly waiting to be noticed and maybe, just maybe, for someone to fall in love with her and give a furever home.

Gija is young, only a couple years old. She was very shy for the first few months at the shelter, hiding from everyone – other cats and people. But slowly Gija learnt, no more harm would come her way, and she started coming out of her shell – very interested in what the volunteers were doing, keen to meet them first, participating in everything. Just imagine what difference a loving home would make!

Gija tested positive with Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) – a viral infectious virus among cats. Despite the name might sound scary, cats with FeLV can still live a long and content life with more love and patience from the owner. A stress-free environment and healthy diet will support her health in long term, which is why we really hope to find Gija a loving home where she doesn’t need to compete for attention with other cats.

Gija is feeling well and has a long life ahead of her. If you have the space in your home and in your heart for this lovely silver tabby girl, please consult with our coordinators for caring advice of FeLV+ cats. We along with the shelter will be more than happy to share more info with you.

The adoption fee for Gija is €280,-
