Johnny
Johnny is a charming four-year-old cat with striking black and white fur that makes him stand out in any room. Despite his injury, which has left him with a slight limp in his back leg, Johnny maintains a calm and friendly demeanor that endears him to everyone he meets. He’s the type of cat who enjoys lounging in sunspots, purring contentedly while soaking in the warmth and affection of his human companions. Johnny’s gentle nature makes him a beloved member of the household, as he gracefully navigates life, spreading joy and comfort with every soft meow and gentle nuzzle.
Johnny has been tested positive with Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), which is a common and infectious virus among cats. Despite the name might sound scary FIV+ kitties can still live a long life without symptoms with the right cares and attention. Among all tactics, stress-free environment and nutritious diet are the key. We therefore hope Johnny can have his very own home without the stress he might receive from other cats or changing of foster friends. Johnny is also in good health and just need a chance for a furever home.
FIV is mostly transmitted via aggressive bites or fights between cats which in this sense, Johnny can share a household with non-infected cats as long as they are friendly and non-dominant. But we would still suggest Johnny to either be the only cat in the household or with other FIV+ cats to be very sure. He also needs to be a 100% indoor cat.
The adoption fee for Johnny is €280,-
