Otter is a charming dog with a personality as dynamic as his moods. Sometimes he’s affectionate, hopping around for pets, and other times he’s happily absorbed in sniffing out interesting scents in the yard. 🐶

Otter is a joy on walks, calmly following without pulling. He gets along well with strangers, adults, kids, and other dogs. Currently, he shares his space with fellow shelter dogs and loves to roam freely in the yard with his buddies. Otter doesn’t guard his food and is peaceful around other dogs. He’s not used to being picked up and may get nervous or defensive, so a patient, understanding adopter is key.🥰
