Philip is about 6~7 years old and has been living in the shelter since last winter. This little guy is friendly, super active, and a cuddly little kisser! He loves everyone—kids, other dogs, and even cats!

Philip has had a rough start—his neck bears a scar from a rope that was once tied too tightly. But despite his past, he’s now full of joy and loves every moment. Friendly and gentle with everyone he meets, once he’s had a good run, he settles into a calm, affectionate companion.
