The story of Šansas (Chance) is a beautiful example of the power of second chances. Previously called Niurzga (Grumpy), love and care transformed him into a mighty pup with a big heart – one that deserved a name as special as him.

At around 8-9 years old, Šansas has learned to navigate life despite his blindness. Though he sometimes barks or shows his teeth to protect himself from other dogs, he’s just trying to find his way in a world he can’t see. He might bump into things now and then, but he never lets that hold him back!

🐾 Once he feels safe, Šansas is the perfect little companion. He loves being close to his humans and has become a true “handbag dog” who enjoys company and cuddles. And when it’s time for a walk? He dances with excitement!

🏡 He’s a small pup, just 32 cm tall and 6-7 kg, fully chipped, vaccinated, and sterilized. Šansas is clean and does his business outside, though he may need a little time to adjust to a new home (and might mark his territory at first). But with patience and understanding, he’ll soon settle in beautifully.
