Hi… I’m Tobė 🙋‍♀️🐾

People often say that I’m beautiful, curious, friendly, fun, a great dog. But I keep wondering, if I’m really that great, why am I still in a shelter?🤔

I’ve been living in the shelter since September 20, 2021. That’s a very long time. I love people and I get along well with other dogs – we can live together, play, share a space and a person’s attention.

I feel like I’m doing everything right… But somehow, the others go home faster. And I’m still here.

Once, someone took me in thinking I was a male dog and named me Tobis. Then I lost my person and ended up in a shelter among so many others like me. At first, I was scared. I thought I had to defend myself, because the world isn’t always safe. But now I’ve learned to be friendly. I have my little crew of buddies. My routine and a lot of important things to do ☺️

I can’t just lie around. I need to explore everything, sniff everything, check everything out! I’m always the first one out and last one to go back inside. I’m a VERY busy dog. How can I do nothing when the world is so big and everything is so interesting?🤩 But when I get tired, I lay down and dream of curling up next to my person. Warm. Safe. Loved.
