Seamus
Seamus was found wandering in a small village. At two years old, he’s already spent one year in the shelter, where volunteers have grown especially attached to him. They’re determined to find him a loving home, as they’ve promised him time and time again.
Curious, playful, and active, Seamus is slowly adjusting to human affection despite his initial shyness.
Seamus has been tested positive with Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), which is a common and infectious virus among cats. Despite the name might sound scary FIV+ kitties can still live a long life without symptoms with the right cares and attention. Among all tactics, stress-free environment and nutritious diet are the key. We therefore hope Seamus can have his very own home without the stress he might receive from other cats or changing of foster friends.
FIV is mostly transmitted via aggressive bites or fights between cats which in this sense, Seamus can share a household with non-infected cats as long as they are friendly and non-dominant. But we would still suggest Seamus to either be the only cat in the household or with other FIV+ cats to be very sure. He also needs to be a 100% indoor cat.
The adoption fee for Seamus is €280,-
